AlbaGo Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

At AlbaGo Private Hire & Chauffeur Service, we allocate vehicles, drivers, and scheduling resources specifically for each booking. For this reason, the following cancellation terms strictly apply:
Standard Bookings
More than 24 hours before pickup:
– Full refund
12–24 hours before pickup:
– 50% refund
Less than 12 hours before pickup:
No refund
Same-Day Bookings
All same-day bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
No-Show Policy
A booking is considered a No-Show if:
Passenger does not arrive within 15 minutes of scheduled pickup time
Driver is unable to contact the passenger
Incorrect booking details provided
100% charge applies (no refund)
Airport Transfers (VERY IMPORTANT)
We monitor flight arrivals and include complimentary waiting time:
Up to 45 minutes after landing
After this:
Waiting time charged at £30 per 30 minutes
If passenger fails to arrive: Treated as No-Show (no refund)
Amendments / Changes
Changes must be requested at least 24 hours before pickup
Subject to availability
Price may be adjusted depending on:
– Distance
– Vehicle type
– Time
– Delays by Passenger
Driver will wait up to:
30 minutes (standard pickup)
Additional waiting time:
Charged at £30 per 30 minutes
Right to Charge Full Fare
AlbaGo reserves the right to charge the full booking amount in cases of:
– Late cancellations
– No-shows
– False or misleading booking details
– Abuse or unsafe passenger behaviour
– Driver Delays / Force Majeure
In rare cases (traffic, accidents, weather):
We will notify you immediately
Offer alternative vehicle if possible
If we cannot fulfil the booking: Full refund OR reschedule

2. Refund Policy

Refund Processing
Refunds processed within 3–5 working days
Returned via original payment method

48h full refund
24h = 50%
<24h = NO refund


By confirming a booking with AlbaGo, you agree to all terms outlined in this policy.
